Making better decisions is important when we are eating

To eat good food and to choose to eat right can and will help you to live a better and healthier lifestyle.  If you do eat healthier then you will be able to live longer and do the things that you want .  My thirde persuasive paper is on healthier eating. 

Birthday for Ethan

Today is my son Ethans birthday ! He turned four today.  We had a wonderful birthday party at our house on Sunday.  We had a bounce house for him and his friends and family . We also had a clown named Amanda.  The theme for the party was Angry Birds. He had so much fun!

Eating Healthy

Making healthier choices from what we eat on a daily basics can and will effect us for the rest of our lives.  Many people get high blood pressure, high cholesotrol, or diabetes because of there eating habits are no good. 

Birthday in West Palm Beach

For my birthday this past weekend we went to the Improv.  That was hilarous! The guy Stephen Bryan was so much fun! Afterwards we went to Blue Martini which is a club next door.  Was so much fun ! Vip with all my family and friends!!

Birthday party in colorado

Wow my husbands family surprised me with fun stuff at a club in downtown Denver.  The club was called Ultra sheer.  They had a birthday cake and balloons .  We were in the vip area too which was fun! Almost all of my husbands family was there too!

Colorado

The family and I went to Colorado , it was so beautiful ! It started to snow right as we got there.  We also went to Red Rock Amthetheater, which is breath taking views for miles.  Colorado was so much fun! I love the snow! Getting to be there while the snow was falling and getting to see most of downtown Denver was great! We also went to the Denver zoo.  The animals were so cute and there were so many.  You would think that if it was cold that there wouldnt be so many animals but there were so many there.  The boys loved it too.

Colorado

We are taking a family vacation and are going to Colorado! We are taking all of the family and I can not be happier ! Jorge my husbands family all lives in Denver! It is going to be snowing! I know its going to be so much fun!

Voted today for the first time

Today was the first time that I ever voted! It was great and very exciting ! I felt very nervous because I didnt know what to do.  It was a eye awakiwening experience and I hope to learn about politics in the future.  Very fasinating stuff.

Obama just won!

Obama just won the Presidential campain!! He was our President for the last four years an dnow he is going to be our Presidnte for the next four! Looking forward to seeing what his plans are and ow much he can put to action!

Tomorrow I am voting

Tomorrow I am voting for the first time and I am super excited.  I must say that I am very proud of our President and would like seem him in office for another four years!

What I would want the next paper to be on is something political

Writing about who wins the campain and why is a great topic to talk about.  I think that if we llow ourselves to find out as much information as possible then we would be able to get more details about that .

Every week I feel like I am learning

Every week that goes by that I am here doing the work, I feel like I am learning .  It is great to be able to learn as much as possible. 

Cloud Computing

This is one of the best tools that I have come accross.  I love the fact that we have all the access to write anything we want and its like we are writing our own journl for everyone to read.  I also love the fact that we have everything at our fingertips which makes everything much easier.

To have the Google access can be a good thing because it allows people to write about what are thinking and how they feel.

Cloud computing can be a great thing because we are able to get the information from on line sources.  To be able to have everything at your fingertips is a great thing. When you want to look up things you can.  On a computer or phone you have the option to get any information that you are looking for. 

Evaluation Process

Using an evaluation for anothers group was interesting because I when we read what they had the information was good but was not complete.  They had work that was there and a start but definatly needed more.

The presidental debate is tonight!

Going to be very excited about tonight because Obama and Romney are here in Boca Raton.  They both are debating at the Lynn University! Can not wait to see that tonight!

My best friend is getting married!!

This weekend my best friend of seventeen years is coming to South Beach to get married! I am a bridesmaid and I can not be happier for the two of them!! They are flying all the way from Dallas to come here and get married on the beach! Its going to be beautiful!

Education is important to this campain

Education is a topic that is so important to the Presidental campain.  Education is something that the United States needs in order to make it a better place.  The more education that we have the smarter and easier it makes things.  To have an education is a wonderful thing and we should be excited about it.  Not everyone can have this oppurtunity but if you can then I would hope that you would use it.

October is one of my favorite month's

I love the month of October! It is such a wonoderful month with the festival of Halloween.  I also enjoy the fall weather! I am looking forward to Trick or Treating with my boys!

Get Out and Vote!

This November is going to be my first time to vote.  I am really happy to see that Obama still has a fighting chance to win.  I do not think Romney was the right canidate because he just doesnt seem to be looking at the issues that are at hand.  Get out and vote so that you can help Obama win.

The Elections are Here!

Voting in November, this will be my first time to vote! I am really excited because I know that who I am voting for has and will do this country good! Obama is the right person for this economy.  Obama has already been doing good for the last four years in term.  There have been things that has gotten so much better like the housing market is stable.  The economy has gotten much more stable.  I am excited to see the process of how I go and make the vote in November.  GO OBAMA!!
